Which Eurocamp Sites have brilliant water parks or splash parks is a question that comes up time and time again in the Eurocamp groups I’m in.
If your kids are anything like mine then they are never happier than when they are in water. Water parks offer slides, splash pads, wave pools, and lazy rivers, they are exciting and a super fun way for children to cool off and have fun. When the kids are a little older they also give the parents some time off if you can leave them too it.

Domaine Des Ormes (France)
Domaine Des Ormes offers five pools so you can take your pick or enjoy them all! There are outdoor pools and covered pools to cater for all weather conditions as well as a whopping six waterslides! There is also a sauna and Jacuzzi in which to wind down as well as free sun loungers and a sun terrace to while away the sunny afternoons.
Domaine des Ormesis a beautiful parc set in 400 acres of wooded parkland. This family-run parc unfolds across wildflower meadows and a large lake to create a perfect setting for generously spaced tents and mobile home pitches.

La Croix du Vieux Pont Campsite(France)
Facilities include indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a water park, lazy river, water slides, canoeing, pedalos, kayaking, gym, playground, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, mini golf, boules, an animation team offering activities for all ages, a restaurant, takeaway, bar, groceries, games room, WiFi, and laundry facilities.

Le Domaine du Clarys (France)
There’s tons to love about Le Domaine du Clarys: the fabulous pool complex, sun terraces, outdoor pool, waterslides, jets, heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. For the adventurous the awesome ‘Cobragon’ space hole waterslide is sure to provide plenty of thrills! Once you’ve made a splash on parc, visit the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage, just a short stroll away. There’s also a great kid’s play area and a range of activities including tennis and football. You’ll find several restaurants open nearby, plus lively entertainment in the bar throughout the season. So…who’s first on the water slide?
TerSpegelt (Netherlands)
You’ll be spoilt for choice at TerSpegelt, with watery fun on tap for all the family!
The Sterrenstrand water and sand paradise leads into the large 20 metre heated indoor pool via a pool, where you can swim and splash around in the bubbles and water jets. There’s a dedicated area sectioned off for babies and toddlers to explore the water, too.
Alternatively, head to the lake for a spot of outdoor swimming, complete with waterslides and a fountain for extra slippery fun! Then sit back and relax on the lovely, sandy lakeside beach.
Duinrell Campsite (Netherlands)
Duinrell is a huge waterside paradise and has 1 km of covered waterslides but unfortunately they aren’t free! In 2024 4 hours in the Tiki Pool at Duinrell will cost you from €22,50pp.

Duinrell does however also have an amazing theme park offering white knuckle thrills for older kids as well as gentler pursuits for little ones. Best of all, rides in the amusem*nt park are free to Eurocamp customers. There’s also a fantastic beach nearby and Amsterdam is just 40 minutes drive away! Playa Montroig Camping Resort (Spain)

Playa Montroig is nestled in subtropical gardens alongside Costa Dorada’s sandy beaches. It’s also beautifully landscaped and is brimming with first-class facilities, like its stunning pool complex with four pools, including a lagoon-style heated pool and one with six waterslides. Both Mummy from the Heart and Monkey and Mouse had great trips to Playa Montroig. Jenny says “It’s a particularly good choice for families who are looking for somewhere easy to entertain the kids, but also never too far from local sights.” Take a look at their full reviews:

Sanguli Campsite, Spain
- 5 Stars from Eurocamp
- Excellent on Trip Advisor
- Large – 980 Pitches
- 200 metres from the beach
- Catch a show at the amphitheatre on parc
- Enjoy a thrilling day out at PortAventura
This parc is only 0.2 km from the nearest beach and 1 km from the nearest town.
The site runs its own kids club and there is entertainment in the evenings. There are numerous activities and pools with waterslides, all of excellent quality. The Africa pool gets a number of mentions in particular.
“I never thought that we would find a holiday destination that was both affordable and practical for a larger family, and that could accommodate a four and fourteen year old equally. Our week passed in a delightful blur of sunshine, fun, and laughter, and I know we will look back on this holiday for years to come”
