Had a horrible experience. Basically told I’d get 30 percent off for being new patient. I came close to closing and had to go home with full priced item because employee made mistake and “they didn’t do it anymore “ I could have gone a million other places if you ask me I’d never come back!! I been smoking rosin for over 5 years this company is garbage and the quality over dry for over priced item. Please avoid

I am a novice shopping at consume. Have only purchased gummies to Aid in sleeping. The staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. If you have the slightest interest, give them a try

I have been to a few different dispensaries both recreational and medical and found that Consume has the best products and usually the best prices . Staff is incredibly friendly. 5 Stars all the way !!!

This is the best dispensary in Illinois. It is not short to say that the staff in here is the nicest staff anyone can ask for they will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and all your questions are answered. Britney, the manager of the location is an amazing person. She treats everybody like family and is building great relations with the community

Love this dispensary every time I go in! I never have a bad experience as the staff is very nice, and people like Brittney (many others too that I appreciate), are very helpful. I have had one-two very minor issues with products (out of their control), and they have had no problem with replacing the product and even throwing in a little extra! Very little wait time as well as the service is super fast.

Sarah or Sara(forgot to ask if she spells it with the H or not!) was so sweet and helpful. The entire staff made sure I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in (which doesn’t always happen at dispensaries, sometimes you get a look like “why are you even here?”) and my first experience at consume was GREAT. I’ll be back for sure. Also, I’m not sure who ran my posters outside to me when I forgot them, but whoever it was, thank you SO much! they were a last minute Christmas gift to a friend, so they were super important. Highly recommend Consume to everyone.

A clean, highly professional designer dispensary. Service is always fast and friendly. Consume usually has some menu items I haven’t seen in other dispensaries like MedMen or Curaleaf. Parking is easy and it’s typically a quick in and out if you preorder. Im more of a order online and pickup as I don’t often need too much help, I know what I like. But like any dispensary these days, staff is knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction if you’re new to cannabis.

Friendliest receptionist by far shout out to Brittney. Yes, that’s with two Ts and that is the tea. . if you made it that far, you will be pleased with a crazy assortment and variety of options. I am consistently trying new brands, and always being very pleased. Their point system is great, and they always have deals. Five out of five will go again. See you there!

Great place people-friendly and they have a huge blunt rapper there not sure if it's for sale. Never had a problem always enjoyed my purchases they love to answer questions. Enjoy your commune with nature.

This is my favorite dispensary in the whole state of illinois. This is the only dispensary where I feel welcomed and the workers are so polite and very attentive to anything you need. I have never felt so respected before at any other dispensary except this place. I never feel rushed they let you take your time they treat you like actual human beings. Any other dispensary I've been to I just don't like any other one but this place only. They have the best prices they have the highest THC for really good great cheap prices. I drive about 35 minutes to get there but it's worth the drive. I will not go to any other dispensary except this one this is the best one ever.
