Exp. All is a key item that works as the Exp. Share does in Generation 7, but does not grant EVs and will not grant EXP to Pokémon at or above the badge level cap.

Grand Hall[]
The first Exp. All appears in Grand Hall if the password "freeexpall" is active.
Spinel Town[]
An Exp. All can be obtained as a reward for the completion of the Missing Furniture Sidequest if the password "freeexpall" is active and you have not obtained Exp. All before.
Labradorra City[]
Another Exp. All can be obtained as a reward for the completion of the Spirit Sidequest, but this Exp. All is only provided if you have not obtained Exp. All before.
Nightclub[]
EXP All Upgrade is not a separate item but is only an upgrade to Exp. All. This upgrade provides more Exp. to each Pokemon, and provide Exp. to even fainted Pokemon in the team. EXP All Upgrade is only buyable once.
