How Does the Eyewear Protection Plan Work?

When you utilize our Eyewear Protection Plan, you are only responsible for 10% of the cost. eyecarecenter will cover 90% of the repair and/or replacement costs on your eyewear for a full year! We recommend you bring your glasses in at 6 months for a cleaning and inspection.

How to Care for Your New Glasses

In order to ensure your continued enjoyment of clear vision please follow a few simple practices:

  1. Use two hands when putting your new eyecarecenter glasses on and taking them off.

  2. Never put your eyeglass lenses directly on a surface.

  3. Do not use paper or tissue products to clean your lenses.

  4. Always clean your lenses wet, never wipe them when dry.

  5. Store your eyecarecenter eyeglasses in a case when not wearing them.

  6. Have them professionally cleaned and adjusted often!

Tax on the plan is the patient’s responsibility at the time of purchase. Not available on Oakley, Maui Jim, or Costa products, or other manufacturer supplied prescription eyewear. Replacement lenses must be the original prescription/lens options. Does not cover lost or stolen eyewear. In the event an identical frame is no longer available, you will be refitted into a new frame of equal or lesser value.
