Power came back on at 4am. Hey @PGE4Me why don’t you start working on putting all major transmission lines underground? A windy storm shouldn’t leave 40,000 without power. Stop putting bandaids on your repairs and use the increased rates to actually improve ****. You suck 🖕🏻

There is a major power outage in #Alameda and #Oakland due to a PG&E @PGE4Me transmission line failure, per Alameda Municipal Power (AMP). At least two estuary bridges are stuck half-open and many signal lights are out.

@Daniel_Cogan @PGE4Me I think it is for up to three months per CPUC. After that, I think they were supposed to "fix it" but I am sure its low on their fix list. Just wild that a business can do that and be unapologetic about it happening.
