Simply terrific! Pro PT aptly named. Sheena, Eileen and their team are focused, warm and personally interested. They were always accommodating, flexible and went out of there way to help when needed - ie - even though I was there for elbow therapy, I wound up fracturing my heel and they offered to... give me crutches and a knee scooter. Made my PT experience a pleasurable one. Hope you don't need them but if you do you'll be in good hands.read more

I went to Professional PT for several months last year for a knee injury. I worked with Ben Carroll in Montclair who got my knee bending again and helped me build up my muscle. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all my questions. We ultimately decided a partial knee... replacement would be best for me and Ben recommended a great surgeon. I am now at 6 weeks post-op and thanks to Ben I am close to having complete range of motion and my leg feels stronger every day. Had a great experience here for the past six months recovering from knee surgery.The front desk people are friendly and efficient, it was a joy, saying hi to them each day.I worked with physical therapist, Ben, and with a couple others when he was absent. I don’t know what her job was, but she made sure you had the equipment you needed, gave instruction sometimes, and would let you know if you were out of line. When I was told to visit a physical therapist for my broken arm, I chose a practice with only one criteria, that it be located near my home. I really lucked out with Professional PT. The various PTAs and staff who treated me over the months were all wonderful: knowledgeable, pleasant, caring,... respectful. I've ended up working mostly with Franco the last few weeks, who is all those things and more. The facility is pleasant, too, with big sunny windows and the almost fun atmosphere of a gym. I am sorry (almost) to admit that I am basically "cured" and it will be time to move on soon.read more

The facility is spotless & the entire staff is friendly. If you’re not sure about your benefits, Erica the office manager is very knowledgeable and is always eager to help.
