Many Core Skills that do not innately inflict bleed are unable to benefit from Aspect of Berserk Ripping and Two Handed Sword Expertise for Harrogath CDR procs. Rend and Furious Whirlwind are capable of attaining the “bleed inflict” CDR, but non-bleed WW, HotA, Upheaval, and Double Swing cannot. This bug is weird considering how Leap and Charge are arbitrarily spared from this oddity. 20 jul 2023 · Just 1 shot enemies first and you will be fine lol. i use accelerating + expectant on my 1H cuz i'm using Mortal draw for maximum crit chance.
