Why won't Zoom let me login? ›

If you can't sign in to Zoom on desktop, mobile, or browser, there might be issues with your password or the email address you registered with Zoom. You may also receive error codes when signing in, or you may not be able to receive the verification code to access your account.

In the top-right corner, click Sign In. On the Sign In page, click Google. In the Link to your Zoom account page, click Link and Sign In. Note: After clicking on Link and Sign In, you will be signed directly into your Zoom account.

This message means the meeting or webinar is configured to require authentication. You must have set the meeting up with this setting. To successfully join the meeting or webinar, participants must sign in to Zoom with an email address authorized to join the session.

Zoom offers options to sign in with an email and password, a Google account, or a Facebook account. If the person joining your meeting does not have a Zoom account, they will need to first make an account in order to sign in.

If you are experiencing issues joining a Zoom meeting using a meeting link or through the Zoom desktop client, you may need to manually enter the meeting ID and passcode. Follow these steps to manually enter the meeting ID and passcode. Log in to the Zoom desktop client. On the Home tab, click Join.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings. Enable authentication profiles at the account level. Click Add Configuration. Under Select an authentication method, select Sign in to external Single Sign-On (SSO).

Zoom will send an OTP code to your email or device if we detect a suspicious login which could be due to a user logging in from an unknown or rarely used location, method (web or Zoom client), browser, or device.
