I decided to go here after going to about 11 other car places around Pittsburgh. Every place I went said they couldn't help me or they tried to get me to buy a car with 140,000 miles on it. I even tried that Drive Time place and JD Byrider and they are both crazy with what they wanted to charge me for a piece of crap with a ton of miles. I was I would have listened to my buddies when the all told me to go to Southside Motors because they all got their cars there..

Worst car dealership ever!!!

Please Don't go here!!!This is the worst car dealership in Pittsburgh. They were advertising a Ford Fusion 2010 with 96,000 miles on for 7,995 on their website. They lie to me and I did their rent to own program because my credit score was not good. Guess how in total I’m going to paying for this car, $15,850. I drove the car for less than 2 times, the third time I almost got into a car accident because the steering wheel completely locked on me. This was during the beginning of the Coivd-19 lockdown. I could not take the car to them to get it to fix because all dealership was shutdown. I didn’t drive the car for almost 2 months because of the lockdown. I also was not able to call to make payments because when I called the guy that answers the call tells me the owners are not there. So I didn’t make 2 payments even though I try my best to. During the lockdown, I called them almost every day, and every time that guy picks up he tells me the same thing. As soon as the lockdown was over, they never call me, which I found out later they never had my correct number or address, they came to my house and tow the car to their dealership shop. I had no calls and no warning of this. When I called them they told me is because I was late with payments for 2 months. I went there and made a payment. They told me they will fix it. I kid you not 4 days later the check engine light was on and car tire pressure light are also on. I took the car back to them, they could not fix and told me I have to do it and said the fix everything their suppose to. The only time the call me is for car payment( YEP MONEY!). I told them I want the carfax and information on all the work that’s done on the car, they are refusing to give it to me. When I call they pretend they don’t know me and tell me the man I dealing with is not available when he clearly is because I know his voice. I’m filing complaints everywhere against them and about to start a court case. All I will say to anyone is save your money and your life because they don’t care at all. If you die in a car they sold you they could care less. To them you nothing but money.

Still can't believe they were able to help me.

My girl and I needed a SUV that would fit all of our kids and didn't want a minivan. We went to 7 different places that said guaranteed financing only to be treated like crap. We bought a SUV from Drive Time and in 3 months we had to put over $2600 into it just to keep it running. When we called Drive Time to tell them about all the problems they were like it's not there problem. We ended up seeing a ad on TV about Southside Motors and figured what the heck lets check them out. We went in and told them what we needed and they were able get us in to a amazing Chevy Traverse with a 3rd row seat. We've had it a little over 9 months now and thank god we haven't had any problems with it at all. I can't believe all the crap some car lots wanted to sell us. I guess what it comes down to is if you want a swell vehicle and don't want any run arounds just go here. everyone treated us with respect before and after the sell..

AWESOME CAR LOT

I have bought 2 vehicles from these guys and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are the only car lot that would work with us to get a GOOD RELIABLE car.
