Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 8 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except vanilla) to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to combine.

    Bring mixture to a low boil (bubble) and whisk constantly until hot fudge thickens, about 5 minutes.

  • Remove from heat, add vanilla, and whisk to combine. Allow hot fudge sauce to cool, then transfer to a resealable glass jar or serve right away.

  • Keep refrigerated and reheat as necessary. Enjoy!
