Healing the Solar Plexus in the Akashic Records — Life of an Empath (2024)

First, I have to be honest. We don't know what we think about our energy and certainly not what we think we know about healing the areas that need the most attention. Dare I say we aren't seeking deeply enough spiritually?

A couple of weeks ago, I hosted my monthly group session, and the discussion was about ourattraction point. I asked the group if they were familiar with chakras, and you could hear the crickets on the call. It never ceases to amaze me how well-versed we are about spirituality until we are asked to explain a specific principle or spiritual concept. Doing this work over the years has taught me that you can always learn more about spirituality and, more importantly, how it relates to you and your journey. We forget how important it is to understand how to apply what we know to our thoughts and actions and how being enlightened should affect our energy.

Chakra work is some of the most important spiritual work because it is energy work like theAkashic Records. When we change our energy, our thoughts and actions must follow. Our chakras are the energetic forces or regions within your body attached to the spinal wall. These energy centers control emotions, energy, balance, imbalance, and pain. Any pain or feeling in your body can be connected to one of the seven energy points in the body.

The Solar Plexus?

The Solar Plexus is the 3rd chakra located under the chest. Spiritually, it is known as the arch-enemy of abundance; this chakra is one that many of our ancestors never got past or balanced. The Solar Plexus is the energy center critical to mental health, and it must be balanced to achieve a positive life cycle.

If your solar plexus is unbalanced, you are literally in survival mode. You express a victim's energy and are likely ruled by the emotions of guilt, anxiety, and insecurity. In this unbalanced state, it becomes difficult for the Light or positive energy to flow through you because you feel undeserving of it even when it reaches you. Healing your solar plexus, the third chakra in the upper abdomen involves balancing and aligning the energy associated with this area.

Let's go back to mygroup session. Since we discussed the attraction point and theme of change this month, it would be a fun exercise to help all the participants understand which of their chakras were blocked and offer them solutions for balance. This chakra reading involved resolving any issues in their next Akashic Records session. What I discovered waswildlyfascinating to even me! Surprisingly, 80% of the group had a blockage in the solar plexus.

Why are we so blocked in our 3rd chakra?

We need to understand this on a deeper level. It's even more interesting when you think about this being the chakra that was difficult for our ancestors. As an African-American woman who grew up in the Deep South, I am sure my ancestors were stuck in survival mode because many of my close relatives still are. Everything is centered on the necessities, and there is much stress when the slightest thing goes wrong financially and emotionally. I have observed that many in my lineage are one horrible circ*mstance away from homelessness or literal poverty in the absence of generational wealth.

I would think that this survival mode perspective would cover many people in the United States. As much as the middle class is praised, these are the people who are working jobs, and if we have learned nothing else in the pandemic, the people living paycheck to paycheck lost the most and always have the most at stake.

But what about everyone else? What else besides limited finances contributes to blocked energy in the solar plexus?

I believe it is because we have become a culture, a society of insecure and anxious people. We seek constant validation and security from various external sources, and in doing so, we diminish our life force. We lose power in the area of our body that controls our mental stability and effectively through our solar plexus out of balance. Doing so blocks our connection to groundedness, peace, and spiritual nature. We are desperate for abundance, but it continuously escapes us because we lack connection to ourselves, our soul purpose, and the universal laws.

The Akashic energy rises on the spoken word, and anything you discuss in an Akashic Records Reading will be affected by that energy. In short, you shift and clear because you present it to the guides for a resolution. Because we call it a 'reading,' many people still don't understand that the Akashic Records hold many healing possibilities.

Here are the three stages of healing in the Akashic Records:

  1. The story of what's happeningallows you to talk about your circ*mstances and their impact on you. But, you must be willing to accept responsibility for whatever your role in the issue is. Many people need to be made aware of this stage of healing in the Akashic Records. It's vital because many people get anxious (blocked energy) when considering questions to ask in their session. Forget about questions; explain what is going on, and you will still have an opportunity to get guidance in any area. If you have anxiety, guilt, or low confidence issues or have been avictimin a specific situation, prioritize these topics in your session. It will positively affect and remove blocks to your third chakra or solar plexus.

  2. Causes and Conditions.This healing stage allows you to explore your beliefs and examine your thoughts and soul patterns to determine an issue's source and whether it is a karmic or past life concern. Some of the problems we struggle with within our past incarnations are things we did not overcome and learn from, and they manifest in this lifetime. Also, to my earlier point, it could be an ancestral issue related to your chakras or other circ*mstances preventing clarity and progression in your life cycle.

  3. Soul level of truth.The most impactful stage of healing is where you connect with the spiritual remedy and accept it. In this stage of healing, the deepest levels of energy moving guidance are present. Following a session, when you get to the soul-level truth of your issues, you may feel a burst of energy where you feel like you could move the heavens and earth with your bare hands. But, you could also feel exhausted and need significant rest before feeling at peace. Whatever you experience, trust that it is what you need, and you have moved the energy and very likely worked to release any energetic blocks in your chakras.

Abundance is melding energy and soulful desires. When you know what you want and apply the vibration required to attract it, you make your wish a reality. The key is clarity and positive intention. Balanced chakras will lead to a more balanced life. The more you learn about your spiritual nature, the better you can direct your energy and create the experience you want to live.

While healing your solar plexus in the Akashic Records is an excellent place to start, you can also consider other methods.Here are several ways that can help you heal your solar plexus:

  1. Meditation and Mindfulness:

    Chakra meditation facilitates energy flow through the solar plexus chakra. When energy is blocked or stagnant in this area, it can lead to feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem, and lack of confidence. Concentrating on this specific chakra increases your awareness of it, which can help identify imbalances and blockages. Practice deep breathing and focus your attention on the solar plexus area. Breathe in positive energy and exhale negativity.

Yoga can profoundly impact the solar plexus chakra, which is associated with personal power, self-esteem, confidence, and inner strength.Certain yoga poses, like Boat Pose and Warrior III, can stimulate and balance the solar plexus chakra. These poses activate the abdominal muscles, promoting physical strength and vitality in the area associated with the solar plexus chakra. Yoga incorporates various breathing techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, that enhance breath awareness. Deep, conscious breathing calms the mind and body, helping release stress and tension often stored in the solar plexus region. Not to mention, emotions and anxiety are usually held in the hips. Hip-opening yoga poses like Pigeon Pose can help release emotional tension, allowing for emotional healing and balance in the solar plexus area.

Studying yoga philosophy, which includes concepts like self-acceptance and self-love, can profoundly impact the solar plexus chakra. By accepting yourself as you are and embracing your power, you enhance the health of your solar plexus chakra.

3. Crystals and Gemstones:

Crystals are believed to have unique energetic properties that can influence and balance the body's energy centers, known as chakras. Each crystal is associated with specific chakras based on color, vibration, and metaphysical properties. To heal the solar plexus, wear yellow crystals like citrine, yellow jasper, or amber. These stones are associated with the solar plexus chakra and can help balance its energy. Crystals vibrate at specific frequencies. When you place a crystal on or near a chakra, it resonates with the energy of that chakra. This resonance can help clear blockages and imbalances within the chakra, allowing energy to flow freely.

It originates in ancient cultures and traditions, including Tibetan, Indian, and Native American practices. Sound therapy is based on the concept that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a constant state of vibration, and different vibrations can affect our health and well-being.

In sound therapy, different sound sources create specific frequencies and vibrations that resonate with the body's cells, organs, and energy centers (chakras). These vibrations balance the body's energy, release blockages, and promote healing.

Sacred sounds, mantras, and chants from various traditions are used for their vibrational and healing properties. Repetitive chanting of specific sounds or phrases is believed to have a transformative effect on the mind and body. Chanting the seed mantra for the solar plexus chakra, "RAM," can help activate and balance it.

Sound therapy sessions can be conducted individually or in groups, and they are often used in conjunction with other healing modalities such as the Akashic Records, meditation, yoga, and other forms of energy work.

5. Balanced Nutrition:

Nutrition plays a vital role in supporting the optimal functioning of your body's energy centers. 6. Emotional Healing:

Emotional healing is essential for balancing energy because emotions and energy are intricately connected within the human body. Emotions are a form of energy. When emotional pain, trauma, or negative experiences are not processed and released, they can block the body's energy system. Emotional healing releases these blockages, enabling energy to flow freely through the body. This is why energy work is the best form of healing for emotional pain, traumas, and struggles with emotional immaturity. Each chakra is associated with specific emotions. For example, the heart chakra is linked to love and compassion, while the solar plexus chakra is related to self-worth and confidence. Emotional healing helps balance these emotions, ensuring the associated chakras are open, aligned, and functioning optimally. Here are two simple ways to start your emotional healing process:

  • Self-Reflection:Identify and work through past traumas or negative experiences that might affect your self-esteem and confidence through journaling. Or even beginning a gratitude practice, finding ways to appreciate the present moment in your journey. Often, this is found in life's small moments, which can shift your focus from negativity to positivity. Gratitude and joy are high-vibrational emotions that promote balanced and harmonious energy flow.

  • Positive Affirmations:Repeat positive affirmations related to self-worth, confidence, and personal power to reprogram your subconscious mind. Affirmations work best when you utilize a single affirmation for a period of time and repeat it multiple times a day to bring awareness to what is triggering you so that you can dig deeper into your emotions in real-time.

    7. Seeking Intuitive Guidance:

Intuitive guidance can significantly benefit your chakras by providing support, insight, and practices that promote balance, alignment, and healing. Intuitiveguidance often involves guided self-reflection and introspection, which can help you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns.
