Jewelry Bonney, one of the Worst Generation pirates, is an incredibly prominent figure in the Final Saga of One Piece. Although introduced in the story during the Sabaody Archipelago arc, Jewelry Bonney only rose to prevalence in the Final Saga, specifically in the Egghead Island arc. This ark is largely centered around Bonney, and she can even be considered one of the protagonists of this particular part of the story.

Given the circ*mstances surrounding this powerful pirate, fans know that Bonney will only grow to be more important as a story continues. Oda's handling of this character has been nothing short of incredible, and this has also drawn out some very good responses from the fans, who have embraced this character as the arc continued to explore her more. Right now, Jewelry Bonney is quite infamous already. The fact that she became one of the members of the Worst Generation in itself is quite an accomplishment. Bonney arrived on Sabaody Archipelago with a bounty of 140 million berries, which is absolutely astonishing, especially when taking into consideration the fact that she was only 10 years old at the time. Bonney possessed tremendous strength back then, and even though she was a child, she had great control over the powers of her Toshi Toshi no Mi. Her powers grew with time exponentially, and the fact that she could gain even more control meant that the government was looking for her, especially since she set out on a mission to get her father.

As One Piece continued after the timeskip, Bonney became even more infamous. When she was reintroduced to the fans and the Egghead Island arc, her bounty was revealed to be 320 million berries. This is, once again, an incredibly high figure, especially for a 12-year-old. To put that into perspective, Zoro had the same bounty prior to the Onigashima War. In fact, this bounty is even higher than some other prominent figures of the One Piece world, and all that just goes to show how dangerous Bonney is, despite being as young as she is.

She possesses tremendous potential up her sleeve, and now that her powers have been explored even more, and she has been granted other powerful abilities by Vegapunk, meaning she's going to be even more infamous, and her bounty is going to soar through the skies.

Jewelry Bonney's Growing Infamy

Jewelry Bonney is growing in terms of infamy, and that goes without saying. In the Egghead Island arc, she has done quite a lot of damage to the World Government, however, more importantly, Bonney has actually managed something even greater, and that is mastering the abilities of a Devil Fruit to quite an extent. While her Devil Fruit allows her to change the ages of people temporarily on contact, including herself, the true power of the Devil Fruit can only be manifested through an ability known as Distorted Future.

Distorted future has been seen in the story on many occasions already, and it allows Bonney to turn into reality anything that she can imagine in regards to a particular thing or person. The only condition for this is that Bonney has to believe in what she is imagining. As long as her belief in this particular possible future is strong, she can easily distort her own future, or that of someone else. For example, using the power of Distorted Future, Bonney can even grant herself the powers of a Buccaneer, despite not actually being from the race.

She can even turn herself into Nika, the Sun God, and gain rubbery powers, by imagining herself to be like Nika. This is incredibly amazing, and now that Bonney has seen the true powers of the Nika fruit, she can surely utilize its powers for herself, which makes her a threat to the World Government.

While that in itself is quite a big threat to the World Government, there is more from Bonney that actually threatens the World Government, and one can say that it is the biggest reason why her bounty will skyrocket after Egghead, and she will be wanted all over the world. This particular reason is simply that she is in charge of all the Pacifistas in One Piece. Specifically, Bonney can control all Pacifistas that have the face of Kuma, and this also includes S-Bear, the Seraphim of Bartholomew Kuma, which was created by Vegapunk. There are countless Pacifistas that Vegapunk has created over the years, and these include the prototypes and the original PXs, and of course, the Mark 3 Pacifistas that are currently on Egghead as well. These Pacifistas are an incredibly powerful weapon, such that even an event that is much bigger than a Buster Call can be countered by them. Bonney possesses this insurmountable strength up her sleeve, also due to the fact that Vegapunk decided to give her this ability. Although he initially hoped for this to be a secret, now, it is out of the open, which means that the government will be hunting her down openly.

How Much Will Bonney's Next Bounty Be?

It goes without saying that after the events of Egghead Island, when Bonney escapes from this particular place, her bounty will skyrocket. The world will find out about what kind of strength she possesses up her sleeve, and what she has been blessed with, thanks to Vegapunk. Taking all that into account, and the fact that she might actually end up joining the Straw Hat Pirates, and an Emperor's group, it goes without saying that the World Government will be incredibly eary of her.

Bonney's a major threat to the World Government right now, and this means that her bounty will most likely rise a lot. Given that Robin, a massive threat to the World Government’s identity, has a bounty of 930 million berries, Jewelry Bonney should have a similar figure placed on her head. Right now, her bounty is 320 million berries, as stated earlier as well.

After Egghead, however, her bounty will skyrocket and most likely will cross the 500 million berries mark. In fact, it shouldn't be a surprise for the fans to know that her bounty could actually end up crossing the billion barrier as well. At the very least, fans should expect Bonney's bounty to be somewhere around 800 million berries to possibly over 1 billion berries. All fans need to do is simply wait and see things unfold and, hopefully, Oda will not forget to do justice to the bounty of this particular character, who is now a massive threat to the entire World Government. Bonney is a prodigy, no matter which way friends look at it, and her powers deserve recognition, which she is now due to get in the Final Saga of One Piece.
